Lora is an actor based in Los Angeles. She grew up in St. Louis, and has always loved telling and listening to stories - especially ones that involve magic or outer space. From a young age she knew she wanted to be an archaeologist... but when she learned that didn't involve dodging booby traps and thwarting villains like Indiana Jones, she sought adventure elsewhere. She came to realize acting was her calling, where she could live many lives and use storytelling to connect with others.
Lora has worked on national and international commercials, music videos, feature films, horror shorts, plays, and more. She has stunt experience (on stage in "All For One" and on screen in "Quinn") and specializes in sword work. She's also a series regular on the internet Dungeons & Dragons show "Fables of Refuge," using improv to perform for the YouTube channel's 60k subscribers every week. Her modeling work with the internationally renowned photographer Buck Ellison has been featured in The New Yorker, W Magazine, Aperture Magazine, The LA Times, The Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, and several European museums. Authority Magazine calls Lora Dailey a "Rising Star," and VoyageLA Magazine refers to her as a "Trailblazer" for advocating for female representation in film. She has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting from Missouri State University, studied stage and screen combat at Rapier Wit in Toronto, and studied Shakespeare Performance at the Theatre Academy London; so she has studied acting in three countries. Beyond acting, Lora enjoys reading, roller skating, embroidery, playing video games, and drinking cheap wine.
